Weather
JH outfitting company prioritizes safety of clients as well as staff above all other aspects of the experience. The weather in Wyoming can be unpredictable and at times treacherous. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that jeopardize the safety, execution and comfort of the experience, JH Outfitting Company reserves the right and responsibility to cancel the ride as late as the start time of any given ride. Because weather is out of our hands, deposits will not be refunded but instead deferred to a new date. Guests are encouraged to rebook for a future date and given preference in order to fulfill this agreement.
Deposit
Upon booking clients will be asked for non refundable 25% of the total cost as a deposit. JH outfitting company takes great care to prepare your trip with great attention to detail. This includes acquiring the materials for riding and the ingredients for the meal out on the trail.
Official Cancelation Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all bookings with JH Outfitting Company.
For horseback rides and dinner rides, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a refund of the remaining balance. The deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel for personal reasons, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
If JH Outfitting Company cancels due to severe or unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
