A: We are located in Kelly, WY, about 25 minutes from the town of Jackson.
Q: What is an “outfitting company”?
A: A company that provides services and equipment for outdoor adventures. The company will “outfit” you with everything you need for your trip.
Q: Does JH Outfitting Company have any age requirements?
A: Yes, you must be at least 6 years old to ride a horse with us.
Q: How long is the horseback ride?
A: About 1.45/2 hours long
Q: Do I need any experience to ride a horse?
A: No experience is necessary.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all bookings with JH Outfitting Company.
For horseback rides and dinner rides, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a refund of the remaining balance. The deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel for personal reasons, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
If JH Outfitting Company cancels due to severe or unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority, and reservations may be adjusted or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.
