Dairoku and JH Outfitting Company are teaming up to bring you a once in a lifetime Omakase experience in an unforgettable location, beneath the Tetons.

Josh Neiman, a renowned private chef and former chef at New York City's famed Sushi Nakazawa, presents his latest venture, Dairoku. Specializing in Japanese cuisine, Dairoku offers unforgettable sushi, izakaya, and omakase experiences. Teaming up with Chef Jay Barrones of JH Outfitting Co., this evening offers an authentic Omakase experience paired with local and seasonal flavors of the greater Jackson area. Saddle up for these special evenings.

The Experience:

The evening will begin with a 1.5 hour horseback ride with JH Outfitting Company through sagebrush plains, aspen groves, and up the butte for unbeatable views of the Grand Teton Mountain Range. The ride will lead to our remote dinner venue beneath the Tetons where Chef Josh Neiman will serve a 15 course Omakase dinner paired with complimentary beverages, live music, and adventure.
