JH Outfitting has redefined what to expect from a classic cowboy cookout. We set a high standard for our fine dining outdoor experiences and constantly strive for higher. Taking inspiration from the Argentinean style Asado, we utilize local food sources to bring the flavors of Wyoming from the farm to your palate. We pride ourselves in knowing where every bite on your plate comes from; from how it was raised and who grew to just what to pair it with from our valley. Each Asado is unique as we pay close attention to cooking to the seasons harvest.

Our seasoned staff has lifetimes worth of horse experience to share. Learn basic horsemanship from our friendly Wranglers while basking in the shadow of the Tetons as you sit astride a member of our trusted horse herd. JH Outfitting Company is proud to take part in the management of Wyoming’s wild horse herds, annually adopting a few untouched mustangs. There is a good chance you might meet a mustang first hand and watch one of our talented wranglers as they help that horse make strides on the long journey into our herd on the trail to the Asado site. Once at the site, local musicians keep you entertained for your dining experience.

Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife. Migration routes of elk, mule deer, pronghorn, moose and bison cross our trail. Each ride is equipped with binoculars to better view your subject. A resident photographer is available upon request to capture these unforgettable moments on the trail.
